Red Poetry Winery

Orna and Dovi Tal have alot of knowledge when it comes to Zionism and boutique wineries in Israel.

Dovi is a member of the original Israel Winemaker's Association and went to establish the Red Poetry Winery in the year 2000 at Karmei Yosef.

Orna and Dovi's wines are rich and powerful: Shiraz-Cabernet, Merlot, Cabernet and Cabernet Reserve, Erlich (a blend of 40% Merlot, 40& Shiraz and 20% Cabernet) In honor of Dovi's friend Shuki Erlich whom once brought a similar wine from Italy.

They produce 10,000 bottles per year.
