Archaeology and History
The Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall is a microcosm of the multifaceted city of Jerusalem.
A short stroll will lead visitors to tiny boutiques alongside more familiar stores, to cafes and restaurants where you can see secular diners beside religious, Arabs beside Jews. Nachalat Shiva runs along the eastern end of the street, and noisy Jaffa Street extends from the northeast corner, leading to the Old City, a short walk away.
