The mythical Pancake House leaves in the mouth and in the heart a taste of sweet memory, which has accompanied us all for half a century. It all began in the mid-1960s, when Sylvia and Shlomo Bar-Meir came to Israel from the Bronx and set up their own corner to make airy pancakes as sweet as America.
