Silo Is an Italian restaurant located in Peres Park in Holon. The restaurant overlooks the lake and the waterfall at the park's center. In the center of the restaurant is a wood-burning oven, brought from Italy. The oven also plays a major role in the preparation of many of the dishes on the menu, from bread to meat and vegetables. The restaurant is open all week and serves meals throughout the day. There is a menu for all hours of the day that includes meals according to the time of the day.
