HaSadna (The Culinary Workshop) is an eatery and bar situated in JerusalemsJVPMedia District, close to the old railway station.
The varied and creative menu show cases garden-fresh local ingredients with items like sashimi in vanillaoil, homemade sausages, succulent, slow cooked short ribs and fresh hand made pastas.
All the pastas, breads and desserts are prepared on site from scratch, as well as the aging and smoking of the meats.
The restauran tallows you to choose between sitting in a quieter area or in the middle of theaction, depending on your mood.
