Dairy, Meat, Fish
A country-style bar and restaurant, Moshbutz.
The menu has influences from world-wide cuisines, locally sourced from across the Golan Heights.
“Moshbutz” – before our community broke ground on its permanent site, they lived in a cluster of huts on the slopes of the Golan Heights.
It was a collective life, working together and ultimately building a flourishing moshav.
That period is called moshbutz (moshav + kibbutz), where the ultimate goal is a moshav, and life meanwhile is lived like a kibbutz.
That's how the restaurant took shape - in the spirit of that pioneering period of creating something new.
It began as an pub in Ma'aleh Gamla, and is now restaurant with views of the Kinneret.
The restaurant menu offers: appetizers, meats, pastas and ravioli, fish and desserts.
