Cookeez - Dizengoff, Tel Aviv

Cookeez was created to upgrade the traditional ice cream sandwich.

Cookeez are selected from a selection of 15 types of cookies baked in front of customers throughout the day, including: chocolate chips, double chocolate, cream cheese, white chocolate, macadamia nuts, Oreo pieces, granola with maple syrup and pecans and more.

The Cookeez hold together the ice cream, which is made on site including: mascarpone and fruit, banana fudge, cookie dough, salty caramel, white chocolate and chocolate chips, chocolate sorbet and more.

In addition, Cookeez has a variety of vegan options with vegan cookie flavors: chocolate chip, fudge, peanut butter, and snickers; and vegan ice creams and various sorbet flavors. You can also buy bulk cookies, ice cream and cookies in a gift box at the shop.
