"Zuzobra," offers various types of noodles produced in the restaurant on a daily basis as well as imported noodles.

Ramen or Lo Mein are Chinese noodles served in soup with various types of side dishes or stir-fried in a wok.

Zuzobra also specializes in unique grains and roots in their noodles, such as Vietnamese rice noodle, noodles called Pho, noodles of Thai rice flour called Jantabun, and Japanese buckwheat noodles called Soba.
