The restaurant was opened to give people a personal experience with fine meats. The restaurant is open on Thursday's for reservation and uses A La Carte menu options.
There is also the possibility of hosting groups for dinner and meat workshops any day of the week by prior coordination.
The restaurant serves its meats like a traditional steak-house. To accompany the dishes the restaurant serves side salads, hot side dishes, local wines, beer, and dessert.
