Rama Winery

A family winery and Bulgarian hospitality.

Rami and Orly Azoulay host visitors at their Visitor Center at the Rama Winery, located opposite a mountain view in Moshav Mata, where you can enjoy Bulgarian cuisine and specialties like spinach Banitsa, cheese Banitsa, Soup Tartor, focaccias, salads, pickled lemons, etc.

The food products and the wines are all Mehadrin Kosher.

The winery is run by family members who use traditional winemaking methods; they bring the grapes to the winery by hand straight after being harvested.

The winery produces 6,000 bottles a year. Service is given to groups and individuals all year round except on Saturday's, by prior arrangement only.
