Kerem Barak Winery is a family boutique winery that produces about 4,000 bottles a year.
The winemaker is the father of the family, Yossi Rosenberg, who started his wine production in 2003 at the wine school in the Sorek winery and joined the wine production course.
In the vineyard, dry wines are made in old French oak barrels.
In 2010, the winery produced a series of red wines that are a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah.
In 2012, the winery began to produce white wines as well. The first white wine made in the winery is a white wine made from French Colombard grapes, which has been fermented and aged with yeast for 12 months in French oak barrels.
In addition to the production of the winery's winery, the winery produces orange wine, made from French Colombard grapes, which were fermented on their skins immediately after the harvest.
The visitor center is open to the general public on Fridays and by appointment only. Groups can book a tour during weekdays too.
From time to time, the visitor center hosts evenings with live music, tastings, and various events.
