Pelter Winery

The Pelter Winery was founded in 2001 by Tal and Nir Pelter.
The winery is located at Ein Zivan in the northern Golan Heights.
The grapes are grown in the Golan Heights, the Upper Galil and the hills of Jerusalem. The winery creates high quality, affordable wines with emphasis on its series of varietals.
In 2012 the winery added a Kosher brand, "Matar," which has helped them reach a broader marker.
In addition, Pelter established a distillery that was imported from France in 2013, and is among the first Israeli distilleries.
