Museums And Culture
The Ein Dor Archeology Museum is a 'recognized museum' that was established in 1986 by the founders of the Kibbutz after finding tools and artifacts of early humans.
The artifacts were found in a central room area and allow a glimpse into the social and cultural life that existed in the past.
This collection, was the base for the museum and a part of the educational and commemorative initiative of the Kibbutz.
The vision of the founders of Ein Dor came to fruition with the Ein Dor Archeology Museum and the crafts center next to it.
This is an educational, cultural tourist center instilling values and presenting the environmental and cultural characteristics of the region.
The goal of the museum is to illuminate the way of life, materials and culture of the people that lived in the past and how we live today by engaging in study sessions and social meetings.
