Public Parks & Gardens
The Bahá’í gardens in Haifa's Mount Carmel consists of nineteen terraced gardens and structures. A central landmark to the Bahá’í faith, which is based upon a doctrine of tolerance and equality. The site is surrounded by carefully manicured gardens, and includes the golden-domed Bahá’í Shrine, the mausoleum erected in honor of the founder of the Bahá’í faith, an archive and the Universal House of Justice.
