The Latrun Police Memorial and Museum, a site for those interested in archeology, history, stories of battle heritage and history of the Armored Corps.
The Route: "Yad LaShiryon," is a memorial site for the fallen soldiers of the Armored Corps, which was declared an official memorial site in 1980.
The Yad LaShiryon compound is located in Latrun, in the Ayalon Valley, with a number of sites to visit:
The "Wall of Names" - on which are engraved the names of all the fallen soldiers of the Armored Corps who fell in the Israeli army. Armored Corps History Museum - showing a collection of dozens of models of tanks and armored vehicles.
An auditorium with audiovisual displays - a film about the History of the Armored Corps and the Merkava Tank, a model of the Leonardo de Vinci tank, a battle heritage room, a stamp display, caricatures of the Armored Corps, a library of combat heritage books and professional literature.
Amphitheater - used for military ceremonies such as the graduation ceremonies of the IDF Land Officers Course.
The "Jewish Warrior" Museum.
International Center for the Study of Bird Migration - equipped with a special radar that looks like a large green ball, used to track bird migration.
The Shelach Center - where female soldiers serve as teachers and guides for the schools in the area. The Armored Corps Park - This is an open park near the Yad LaShiryon site, which contains monuments and memorial sites for the IDF's main armor units, since the beginning of the history of the Armored Corps.

For those coming from the center towards Jerusalem - Highway 1, at the Latrun interchange turn right onto road 3 and drive to the traffic lights and turn right, continue about half a kilometer and turn right (on the left is a gas station) with the road continuing to the left and then turning right, after another 100m turn right to the site's organized parking lot. The site is opposite.
For those coming from the west, from the Masmiya junction, drive on Route 3 towards Latrun, at the Hativa 7 Junction turn left, drive about half a kilometer and turn right (on the left there is a gas station), continue with the road that curves to the left and then turn right, another 100m turn right to the site's organized parking lot. The site is opposite.
