Vaniglia - Jerusalem

In the spring of 2002, the Nitzan brother, together with Itai Rogzinsky established "Vaniglia," in the Basel compound in Tel Aviv.

The chain of ice cream shops started out as a small storefront where the brothers made homemade ice cream.

Today, Vaniglia has 16 branches throughout the country.

A variety of 66 ice cream flavors are available in the branches, of which 23 are sorbet, which change according to the season, as well as flavors without added sugar.
