Japanika - Carmel, Haifa

Japanika, is a chain of Asian restaurants operating in Israel since 2004, and currently has 29 branches throughout the country.

The menu focuses on Asian food and Japanese cuisine in particular, and consists mainly of fish, vegetables and rice.

The menu is based on sushi dishes, including combinations, and their flagship roll, the "Japanika Japanko Futomaki," served in a crisp coating and teriyaki sauce.

The Japanika sauces are based on Japanese and Asian flavors.
