In the spring of 2002, the Nitzan brother, together with Itai Rogzinsky established Vaniglia, in the Basel compound in Tel Aviv.
The chain of ice cream shops started out as a small storefront where the brothers made homemade ice cream.
Today, Vaniglia has 16 branches throughout the country.
A variety of 66 ice cream flavors are available in the branches, of which 23 are sorbet, which change according to the season, as well as flavors without added sugar.
