Shamshon And Delilah Winery - Ahuzat Hahan Farm

The "Ahuzat HaKhan" Farm, is a mansion overlooking the views of the Sorek Valley. The Samson and Delilah winery were established in 2005 in the village of Uria by the Michael family.

The wine vineyards are located in the Sorek Valley, the valley where Samson and Delilah's love story took place.

The vineyards grow four varieties: Merlot, Cabernet, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc.

The wines are aged in oak barrels between 24 and 48 months depending on the type of wine.

The winery is located on a horse farm, and, a B&B, and a wine cave.

Visits to the winery must be arranged in advance.
