Hamotzi is a chef's restaurant by Chef Avi Levy, located in an ancient 100-year-old Jerusalem stone house near the Mahane Yehuda Market, serving authentic home-cooked food.
Chef Levi created a menu that includes a diverse range of dishes based on local raw materials from the nearby Mahane Yehuda market.
Among the dishes you can find a cigar pastry filled with veal sweetbreads, fish in chermoula sauce, a stew of shoulder in tomato sauce, a selection of meatballs such as Algerian meatballs, fish patties and chicken and eggplant patties, and the flagship dish – chicken in Challa bread.
