The restaurant is a local chef’s bistro with a changing seasonal menu comprised of raw ingredients from local markets and of local fish.
You can find starters such as beat risotto in white wine and parmesan cheese, salmon tataki or fried barbunias (Red Mallet) with tzatziki salad.
For main courses you can find rib eye stake, Meagre fish fillet, lamb ossobuco, pumpkin gnocchi, torn pasta and more.
The restaurant is nested in the midst of Moshav Bustan HaGalil’s eucalyptus trees, just a few minutes’ drive from Acre.
It is set inside a renovated structure from 1948, which used to be the moshav’s first dairy compound, and it is named after the moshav’s first milkman.
The restaurant can hold private events, company fun days, concept evenings and more
