Holy Places
The Bahá’í Gardens in Acco are a pilgrimage place for the Bahá’í from around the world.
The place was the home of Baha’u’llah, the Prophet who founded the Bahá’í religion. Within the gardens located at the northern entrance to the city, next to Bustan HaGalil, are two historical buildings - the estate where the Prophet lived and his temple, which is also his burial place.
The tour of the Bahá’í Gardens is free during the opening hours, and you can learn about the place, its history and the planning of the gardens.
