Restaurant Shota

Shota Restaurant, is located in Shomrat.

It serves traditional Georgian appetizers such as: Hinkli stuffed with cheese or meat, Chachapuri filled with cheeses and spinach, meat Chiburki dumplings, an antipasti dish consisting of eight traditional salads and more.

The list of main dishes include: Chalia - chicken with Hindi dates and pomegranate and parsley, Tbilisi - beef calf with black plums, pomegranates, cherries and whole pears served in a boiling stew, Georgian shishlik, entrecote steaks, filet steak, lamb ribs and lamb served with a salad of roasted apple, roquet and oranges.

The dessert menu includes homemade Georgian cookies, apple pie or cherry pie, chocolate soufflé, and the traditional Georgian dessert, Chorchichala. There is a bar with a variety of Israeli and Georgian wines.
