In her private home, which is located in one of the alleyways of the Old City of Acco, Samia receives her guests for homemade meals of traditional and cultural Acco cuisine. The main dishes on the menu include three choices: chicken with onion, potatoes and hot pepper, 'Makluba' of chicken with vegetables and fish with rice. Other menu options include: Magadera (rice with beans), stuffed vine leaves, 'fo'arje' a local dish, 'Horsrum' grapes before they are pickled, in a salad. Throughout the meal, water and soft drinks are served, and at the end: coffee, tea, cake or homemade jam. Meals can be combined with an entire cooking workshop wherein you can go with Samia to the nearby market, buy the groceries, cook and eat the meal together.
