"Barbis Eilat," is an American meat restaurant located in Ofira Park, the heart of the Eilat hotel strip.

The Barbis Eilat menu combines burgers with extras such as a selection of cheeses, bacon, guacamole, egg and more.

Alongside the hamburger, Barbis offers a variety of appetizers, seafood, salads and an alcohol bar.

The highlight of the restaurant is the variety of sauces that come to the table, some of which are made on site.

Plums, garlic and honey, chili, barbecue, honey mustard, garlic, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise.

You can sit at the bar or have a meal for a couple, a family and even celebrate a birthday in a private room that can accommodate about 20 people.
