Twenty years ago, on HaHashmonaim Street in Tel Aviv, David Klein and Dov Goldfarb, a pair of immigrants from the United States, established the first branch of Joe Cafe.

The Joe Cafe chain has about 250 branches and points of sale at Menta gas stations and educational institutions across the country.
