At the Yaffo Winery we live by this rule and consider our vineyards to be the most important part of our wine making process.
Our wines contain an abundance of flavors which embody the fascinating stories of the Ela Valley.
With each sip, one can taste the unique Terroir of the region and the love the winemaker has to his vineyards.
