Kella David Winery

The Kala David winery, a tribute to King David is to the best of our knowledge the only Israeli winery that has chosen to manufacture only white wines, which are harder to produce than red wines.

The varieties are Emerald Riesling - the slightly forgotten Israeli star, and Francch Colomber - another humble species that once starved and abandoned.

The winery produces about 7,000 bottles a year.
