Meat, Fish
The original name of the Mahane Yehuda Shuk (Market) was intended to be 'Valero'.
Now, Valero, the kosher resto-bar has opened right in the Shuk and is aimed at a variety of target audiences thanks to the distribution of areas: a restaurant, a private niche, and a bar.
The menu is composed by Jerusalem chef Aviv Moshe, who, together with the local visionaries, created a line of meticulous Mediterranean food with a Jerusalem twist thanks to the fresh ingredients that come straight from the Shuk stalls and the retro atmosphere of the restaurant.
The menu includes meat dishes, fish, and plenty of interesting appetizers.
In the evening, Valero puts on a new suit and transforms into a bar filled with the sounds of music, drinks coming out of the bar, and a lot of joy from the atmosphere of the Mahane Yehuda Shuk.
